Forest Pointe is a pet-friendly apartment community in Durham, NC, where cats and dogs are welcomed as part of the family. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.

Before moving in, all pets must complete the required screening process through Forest Pointe PetScreening. This online profile helps residents submit their pet’s information and required documentation in one convenient place.

Pet Fees and Monthly Pet Rent

The pet fee is $300 for the first pet. An additional pet requires a $100 fee. Monthly pet rent is $20.

Breed Restrictions

Restricted breeds are not permitted at Forest Pointe. Breed restrictions are as follows: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Min-Pins, Akita, Chow, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentine, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Tosa Inu or other pets deemed dangerous by Management are not permitted.
